In the summer of 2016, Joe Grant took on the Tour de Fourteeners, a self-powered link up of all of Colorado’s 14,000ft mountains by bike and on foot. Joe started and finished at his home in Gold Hill, Colorado riding 1,100 miles between peaks and running/hiking another 400 miles to scale a total of 57 summits in a month.
The Middle Way, produced by filmmaker Dean Leslie of Wandering Fever, captures Joe's experience through a raw and honest depiction of his journey in the Colorado high country.
